Group Admin users

These users are able to edit and update all locations as well as edit, create and publish collection points. They have access to all GetMyDetails databases.

Administrators

These users are only able to edit details that are relevant to their location. They can within that location edit, create and publish collection points. They have access to all GetMyDetails databases for that location

Read only users

These users are only able to access the share options for the collection points in their locations.

Call centre users

These users are only able to access the call centre in their locations.
